Ballito Gradee's vintage nude heel seamfree non-stretch nylon stockings. These stockings have a reinforced toe, and are knit in a run-proof mesh. Although the maker is silent as to the denier of the stockings, this type of stocking is usually knit using a 20 denier yarn, and we see no reason to classify these otherwise. The under/afterwelt is virtually non-existent - measuring only approx. 4mm deep. It is difficult to age the stockings, but we would guess that these are from the late 1960's.
Gradee's are Ballito's 'slightly imperfect' stockings, but there are no indications as to the nature of any defects - we feel that it is safe to assume that the flaws are of an insignificant nature. The colour is not given, so we have called this 'Spice'. The polythene outer packaging is very slightly grubby.
