Very very sheer slinky and sensuous vintage plain knit Fully Fashioned 'Sheers' by Firefly.
The stockings are knit in ultra-sheer 15 denier non-stretch Bri-nylon yarn at 60 gauge, and have an extremely slender and elegant Cuban heel stem. The stocking top (welt) of one stocking in the pair bears an imprint in white lettering, which reads:

These lovely ultra-sheer nylons are offered to you in the original cellophane pack, which is unopened, together with a colourful thin card Christmas gift envelope. The cellophane is wrinkled, as is often the case with cellophane that is over 40 years old - reflections from the wrinkles cause the light-coloured 'flashes' in our scans. The stockings themselves show no signs of any discolouration. The gift envelope is slightly ragged and creased, as you can see from our scans, left.
The colour is not indicated on the pack - we have called this delightfully subtle pale colour 'Peach Rose'.
