Classic very sheer 20 denier micromesh nylon stockings with a Reinforced Heel and Toe (RHT). These vintage stockings are from an unspecified British manufacturer, and, judging by the style of the polythene packs, they probably date from the mid-1960's. The plain knit stocking-top (visible in the scans, left) and the under/afterwelt are quite short (75mm and 20mm, respectively) which gives further credence to our estimation that the stockings were made for an era when hemlines were quite high!!
